Where We Ship

    • The shipping estimator is only for the continental U.S. (the lower 48 states). Buyers outside the 48 states and international buyer please contact us for shipping cost, there are no exceptions to this policy.
    • We DONOT ship to:
      • P.O. Box addresses
      • APO/FPO addresses

How We Ship

    • We currently ship via FedEX/UPS/USPS only. Tracking numbers are automatically provided in shipment notification emails.
    • We DO NOT:
      • Allow local pickup (unless specifically stated)
      • Ship collect or third-party billing

When We Ship

    • We ship Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays.
    • Packages are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment receipt.
    • Order will be shipped after payment has cleared on check orders.

Attn: International buyers are responsible for duty and custom if there is any.

**Orders may be subject for credit card authorization.

How to Return an Item:

Your item(s) must be in its original unused condition and complete in quantity to be returned.
(Package must be complete and include same number of pieces as when purchased)
Return shipping cost is customers responsibility.

Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. (No Exceptions)

1. Please email:support@import99.com or call 888-882-0005 to inform us of your return and the reason for returning the item(s). (Please note that you must obtain an RMA number from Hunnt support staff prior to returning any item(s))

2. Mail your returned item to:
    Global Imports Inc.
    Returns Department -RMA #

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

4. Items must be returned by original purchase party ONLY, Second and third party returns will not be accepted. (Drop ship customers please note)

Return Exceptions:

Items can not be returned if they are beyond the 30 day purchase date.

Incomplete packages will not be exchanged nor refunded.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Merchandise not in its original packaging or altered will be subject to a 15 to 25 % restocking fee.

Exchanges:

If your item is in its original condition, you may exchange your item for any item of equal or lesser value.

You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
